The function of D & K Investigations & Consultants' Undercover Division is to discreetly gather information via our undercover agents within the organisation as well as externally. This information is then reported to our handlers at a debriefing session, which takes place on a weekly basis. These handlers then study the information and help guide the agent in certain areas. Ultimately this information is passed on to the client in a written format at a monthly meeting. It is at these meetings that certain strategies are discussed. The decision-makers can then in turn take certain measures to enhance the productivity of the workforce.
