Over 43 years of law enforcement and crime fighting experience, Declan is the ‘rock’ around which this company was built. Largely regarded as ‘the’ authority on business crime, Declan is still very much a part of this very successful company!
Kyle Condon – MD
Managing Director and founding member, Kyle Condon, is responsible for the future of D & K Management Consultants. With his specialist skills and experience in VIP Protection, Risk Consulting and Employee Investigations, Kyle runs a ‘well organised ship’.
Barry Spanner – GM
Barry has been part of the D & K team for over 15 years and is the cornerstone of our management team. Ex-Rhodesian R.L.I., Barry has numerous years of investigating and security experience. He is a qualified VIP protection team leader and works on many of our VIP protection projects.
Vincent H – IT Investigator
Vincent heads up our IT Investigations department. His experience and technical knowledge provide our clients with access to a real “Sherlock” in the field of computer crime and fraud.
N.J. – Private Investigator
N.J. has 14 years of experience obtained through the South African Police Service and is now our Assistant Undercover Investigations Manager.
Lee-Anne DP – Polygraph Manager
Lee-Anne has over 8 years of experience within D & K, manager of the Polygraph Division.
Simone L – Employee Background Screening Manager
Simone has been with D & K for the past 11 years and is responsible for our Employee Background Screening division. Simone is a specialist in criminal record and license check verification.
Jacki C – Intelligence Services
Jacki is directly responsible for Intelligence/Data Managing Services through the reports provided by our undercover investigators. Measurement graphs and presentations form part of Jacki’s portfolio as well as case researcher, providing our investigators with critical information on various cases. Jacki is also an integral part of the VIP Protection service, assisting our female clients with their close protection needs.
Tim J
A close associate of D & K since inception 18 years ago, Tim is a specialist consultant for our technical division, specialising in Covert Surveillance, TSCM De-Bugging and CCTV Monitoring services.
George OC
With 23 years of risk assessment experience, George is responsible for risk and security assessments, health and safety reviews and audits as well as on-site investigations.
Rodney J
Rod has 27 years of law enforcement experience and has extensive experience in VIP Protection and Leadership Projects. Rod is a certified medic and ‘First on Scene’ responder. Rod assists our clients with managing all medical risks at events and functions.
Jurgens Bekker – Legal Consultant
Jurgens is a close associate of D & K and is trusted to assist our clients with all legal assistance, which includes legal support in criminal and civil cases.

Samuel is D & K’s Undercover Investigations supervisor.
